Now to answer your question: By now I have a pretty good idea of how my dick feels, so if it does grow I notice it most of the time. I had a similar spurt earlier in the year and I noticed that.
Now I also measure it pretty regularly, like a couple times a month, and so I have also noticed growth that way.

I used to notice like an eighth inch to quarter inch growth every month for a while and about a year and a half ago I just stopped growing, lol. I'm not done yet though, still another growth spurt to come. :D
