To be honest,I really need to lose some weight. Although my BMI is in the healthy range, I still wana lose weight. Any suggestions guys? PS: I am short and people underestimate by my height, but once I start punching they yell uncle :P

Do a sport you like!
If you like running just run, go for it

Word of advice forget the BMI. Go by the following:


Scales, mirror, tape measure..oh and peoples reactions to the improvments in your body.

Why I say forget the BMI is if you are active and exercise the BMI is worthless.

Problem resolved
It turns out Ive just been drinkin hella water and absolutely ate no snacks at all. With this new diet Ive already lost 3 pounds :) FTW!!!
(Cookies and cream hershey's chocolate is the Devil's candy OMGosh!)
