it depends what your doing when your mesturbating. if your doing the pumping with the mastress technique(mentioned in jackinworld) then yes you will ejaculate.This is usually because you brain thinks that your having sex with someone else, therefore stimulating you to ejaculate.

I have once ejaculated by the power of thought and of a few other "visual aids". I have no idea behind the science behind it. Probably a few chemicals released here, a few there, and the brain decides its ready for lift-off.
