This is mainly for anyone who has knowledge about the Fusion Pro Glide razors. I was looking them up and there is this Flexball thingy that goes side to side.

It is a gimmick isn't it? I mean who shaves in those strokes?? We use straight strokes all the time.
For those who have used the Flexball, does it really make a difference? Is it worth paying extra for it?

I think you're right. Here in the UK, at least, there are two major competitors in the wet razor market: Gillette and Wilkinson Sword. They both see themsleves as premium brands so they're not about to have a price war so how do they complete: try to convince you their product is better than the other and when they've run out of things that make a worthwhile improvement they'll do anything that looks like it may have a benefit without any evidence it does.

I am also sure this is another case where there is a certain minimum standard to do the job properly and thereafter the law of diminishing returns applies - you can spend a lot more money and the result is only marginally better.

So it costs about an American dollar more than the proglide one. Not a problem to buy it for me. It is decent I hope?
In India we only get Gillette and Schick which is imported so damn costly. So it's a question of Mach 3 vs fusion. I have already tried Mach 3 so I wanna give this a try

It is supposed to pivot to match the contour of your face.

Or other body parts that you shave, some of which are difficult at best.

I use it and honestly I don't think there's a huge difference. The only reason I use it is because it's the one my dad got me... if you have the option use something more simple that costs less.
