You don't necessarily have to remember the person, as long as youve seen the person's face, it's in there in your brain. So, in your dream, the person can be a complete stranger, and they very well could be, but you have seen that person sometime in your life. Weird, I know right :P

And it's probably just someone's face made to look like a witch, not necessarily a witch itself :)

You should ask your mom or dad to tell you how t shave. if you don't wanna do that then
1) trim them as short as possible
2)put shaving cream/shampoo/soap all around where you're going to shave
3) use a razor and shave up to get it as smooth as possible
4) you can use an electric razor but it won't be as close of a shave
5) if you wanna shave taint do the same thing but be more careful
6) if you wanna shave around butthole then put shaving cream around it and shave going away from your butthole
