Bad online shopping experience

Heya
I don’t know the post is right or not here.
If wrong pls tell me.
The website is stylinonline. I buy many marvel t-shirts.
The size I buy is medium(19 3/4“), but I got all three were 17”. Seem they are wrong with their sizing.
I tried several times to complaint, and cost me $21 to returned wrong t-shirts.
But ther still ignored me, said 2”-3” off is ok.
Is it normal?

Depends on where you shop buddy!! I don't know much about consumer rights in Hong Kong but you should be entitled to a refund which leads me to think you bought from a dodgy store.

That's too bad. Online shopping can be hit or miss. Many people get screwed that way, unfortunately. :(

As Mimikyu said, it was probably from a dodgy site buddy, but there's really not much else you can do about it if they state that the sizing may vary.

Your best bet is to just try and buy things in person so you know what you're getting is what you want.
