Birth marks

So I have two birth marks one on my chest and one on my back. They make me feel really self-conscious maybe sometimes less attractive.

Why do I feel this way? How can I be more confident?

Unless you go topless a lot of the time, they won't be seen, and TBH unless the marks are quite major and noticeable, don't worry about them. I know that's easy to say, but lots of people have birthmarks. We ae all unique. They are a part of you. Feel proud of who you are.

Perhaps it makes you feel different from everyone else and therefore unattractive? Just remember that birthmarks and natural and, if anything, you should feel proud of having a unique birthmark.

Everyone has them, some disapear over time, some don't. I have a friend with a big one on his forehead but i forgot about if after a minute from talking to him and its just apart of him and his individuality. The best way to be more confident is to just not care anymore. Plus its actually pretty normal and not a big deal especially when its on your back or chest.

in places that r most of the time covered-ur
unique-b proud of urself-there r way too many
other things that r important to b concerned
about-I'm sure most of us here r have feelings
of self consciousness in one way or another-
don't sweat it.

They make you, you. It's unique, and you should be happy with them.

Well one of my friends has a birth mark on his face and he is the most confident mo fo I know and that's really cool I don't know how to help you become more confident but I can say this that is what makes you unique its a visual expression of you and that your nothing like anyone else.

We all can be self conscious but I wouldn't worry about it I have scars here and there they are war metals to me lol. Think of all the ugly tattoos there are too.
