Ok well, it can dry up but it leaves a stain and then you would have to wash off or the clothes but you can use clothes, underwear, towel and other fabrics I wouldn't suggest using toilet paper because when wiping his dick head it can stick to it and just become a bigger mess.

Yes it can, if you're quick. It starts to dry up after a while, so toilet paper in itself can be messy, so a wash cloth or towel is better. I wouldn't leave it for too long

Well, think of it like any other liquid. Semen is up to 90% water. Part of it will evaporate (I guess?), and then the rest is left behind.

Yes, it will wipe off skin quite easily. Loads of guys wipe it off their own skin after they masturbate. Personally, I use underwear or a towel for that but tissues can be useful too. I,d be careful with toilet paper - it can work well but as it gets wet little bits of it can stick to you.

Regarding wiping it before it dries that isn't the first thing to happen. It starts out thick and slightly sticky and then, if you leave it, it gets thinner. That can take a few minutes and may not happen at all if the guy hasn't reached a certain stage of development but if he has, and it does get thinner then it can run off onto other things. If you still didn't wipe it up it would eventually dry and can become crusty.

If you get it on clothes you can wipe off as much as you can but you will probably still need to wash them. I have never had a problem with it not washing out but I read recently that high wash temperatures e,g, 60C+ can fix it in. At 40C it seems to wash out fine.

I have found that the best way to clean up after you masturbate is to use an old article of clothing or towel. Personally I will use a terry wash cloth or old sock. If those are available I will use Kleenex or toilet paper.
