hello,
I'm shower twice a day and masterbate usually once a day. for a while now i have been getting a fishy smelling odor on my penis head, even after my shower.

i also have been getting small white/skin coulred bumps around the head.

any ideas, or tips would be helpful

Sounds like smegma. You will need to retract your forskin completely and give your penis head a good washing in the shower.

Yeah, retract the foreskin and clean with soap in the shower. MAKE SURE ALL THE SOAP IS OFF!! Bad stuff will happen otherwise...

if u like apply baby powder or talc to prevent
moisture. The white bumps could b the start
of a yeast infection but unless they r not itchy

You might want to try a stronger body soap such as one of those body washes made by Axe, Old Spice, etc. to see if that helps you. You really should make sure you are not just washing your penis' head but also under the foreskin because there could be a chance your foreskin itself is the culprit of your problem. Also, assuming you masturbate, then make sure you are washing up after you cum because if you leave semen on yourself after jacking off, then it can lead to hygiene issues.

I don't want to be the odd man out and tell you not to use soap but I would like to add that using too much soap can irritate the penis and cause a smell as well as sometimes a UTI. Really, you aren't suppose to use soap at all as it dries out the penis and gets rid of all your smegma.

I would back away from any soap for a few days and just clean very well with good old fashion water and a wash cloth and see if anything improves.

Also, always wash well with a cloth after any masturbation. Semen left on the shaft can get smelly real quickly.

So I told my mom that a friend of mine had your issue, and she said to see a doctor. She's a pathologist and said you could have an infection. She also asked me if who I was talking about was sexually active, and I said I didn't know. She said if so it could be an STD.

First of all make sure you are washing it properly. That isn't about using a strong soap but about making sure you are exposing everything that needs to be washed. If you have drawn the skin right back you should see a ridge at the back of the head and behind that ridge is where smegma is inclined to collect. Make sure you are exposing that bit and washing it.

If, despite that, the smell will not go away even temporarily then I'd second the advice to get checked out for infections.
