are you circumcised? if so, that's probably why.

May have been some issue when you were younger buddy but if you have no problems then I wouldn't worry:)

When you get circumsized you get stitches, so assuming you're circumsized, that's what that'd be. If you're really concerned though you could ask your parents about it

They normally just clip the foreskin in circumcision. No stitches. I would ask your parents if you had any problems when you were young if you are curious to know.

Hmm, I'm not circumcised, but lately my foreskin started to go back and now there's only one little piece sticking onto my forehead. What could that be?

That sounds like it could be painful af

Maybe it is a hint that you should have been circumsized?

If the little bit is the under side it's the frenulum it's normal :)

I agree with twin it seems like it could be the frenulum.

That depends where it is.

Yes, there a "stringy" but that runs from just under the pee hole backwards along the understand and turns into the foreskin. It is called the frenelum and for many guys this is the most sensitive part of the penis.
On the other hand, if it is stuck somewhere else, for example on the top of the sides it may be an adhesion. When you're born the foreskin is stuck to the head all over and doesn't retract. As you grow it starts to separate. In your case it may just be a little slow.
Maybe it is a hint that you should have been circumsized?
No, that's doing more than is necessary.

If your circumcised that's the reason that there's the mark.
