This. Your hymen doesn't break, that's a myth. You might've torn it a bit if you experienced bleeding or pain, but it'll heal. And virginity is typically associated with actual intercourse, whatever you define that as. You can define virginity for yourself, basically.

The girls are right, for what I've read you can break your hymen even doing some sports and tht doesn't mean that you lost your v-card, you need to have full sex to lose it.

It matters what you count as your "virginity". Technically, it could be said I lost my virginity to a tampon, but we usually don't count that.
