Probably regrets it, or embarrassed. It's definitely some emotion that he needs space. Was he drunk or high?

It's hard to tell but maybe he realized what actually just happened and now regrets it. I would suggest you give him a little bit of space and later on things should get back to normal. He's probably trying to forget what happened and it's unlikely he will want to talk about it with anyone.

I think that's your best bet to. Like everyone's been saying, he's probably regretting it, or confused about his sexuality now. That can happen especially if he maybe never thought of himself as gay or bi before. It may also be that your relationships changed, and he's either liking it or not and not sure how to deal with that

I don't know if he gave you one back on your dare. If he did, then he probably feels guilty or ashamed. If you want to keep being his friend than just give him a little time to get over those feelings. Probably everything will be cool when he returns from his vacation in Spain.
