I was born with ambiguous genitalia, a developmental sex disorder. At birth, the doctors wanted to make me a girl, while my parents wanted me as a boy. Right now, I realize that I tend to cry easily when I'm arguing with my parents or when people are yelling at me. I also have a penis that does not look like a regular penis that a regular male would have. I feel so confused. Am i 100% a guy or something else?

I guess you're a guy,just sensitive,nothing wrong with that,you're what you"re. Just be yourself. And try to stay confident

In a case like this, I think what you should do is go with which ever gender makes you happiest. About crying all the time, that doesn't necessarily make you 'not a boy'. It might mean you feel a bit emotional at the current time, and happens to both boys and girls.

Yeah crying is just a part of life, and as your probably still in puberty, thatll do it right there.
Id try not to get worked up on what gender you are. Im sure its really confusing, it is for all of us. Some more than others, probably like you. Just follow your inner feelings and enjoy them for who you are

how are your other body parts? predominantly masculine parts? or feminine?
you could identify yourself as anything you want. Biologically, by the way you described you could be seen as androgynous but thats appearance wise. gender choice is up to however you feel.

If I might ask how old are you and that would make a big difference as to what stage of puberty you are in and how developed you are.
