I'm not sure how old you are, but liking a 9 year old is a really bad thing assuming you are 13+. If you have feelings for the 9 year old, then remember that he/she is not old enough to fully understand how to handle a relationship unlike a teen. Beyond all of that, I am sure you can get into some serious trouble doing stuff with someone that young.
