How many openly LGBT+ are there in your school?

My friend and I were talking about the people who we thought/knew were gay. This got me thinking about how many openly LGBT+ people there are in middle/high school.

My high school has around 2000 kids and within those kids, there are 4 lesbians, 7 gays, 4 bisexuals, and I think there is one FtM transgender. Of course, I suspect more, but they aren't opened yet. My high school seems to be very open about LGBT people. We even have a GSA club.

Trust me there are wayyyy more than you think. My school has arounf 60 I'd say. The higher up you get in the school, the more people come out.

My old school i'm pretty sure every girl was bi i'd say around 30-50 are gay/lesbian that's just an estimate but i did know 3 lesbians and 1 gay ;3

My High School has a lot of kids, but I don't know of any that have certainly come out. I'm pretty sure a few have said they're bi but I'm not positive

My school is small and in a hipster-y neighborhood, so I've seen quite a lot of open couples. I've seen a few lesbians and I think a gay couple, and one of the upperclassmen I talked to was Bi. I'm sure there's way more but I don't care to ask anyone :P

I'm not really sure; in 4 years at my current school I don't really remember anyone coming out as such.

My high school has roughly around 600 students, and I don't know exactly how many openly LGBT students there are, but there are definitely quite a few with myself included. A lot of my friends are openly LGBT as well. Because I'm not very familiar with the incoming Freshmen class or this year's Sophomores, I can't really estimate a number out of the underclassmen that are openly LGBT. I know someone in my class who is still closeted as well.

Not that many, actually. We do have a GSA club, but they don't have that many members...

There's about 2000 kids in my school and like 300 of them are in my year. In my year there's only one person who I can think of who's gay but there is one transgender that I know of. There are a few gay people who I know in other years but I don't know if there are any others in those years so I couldn't really give an accurate figure of how many openly LGBT people there are in the school but I'm going to estimate about 15-20 and say that there's probably about 40-50.

I'm an only child, was homeschooled, and bisexual. So that would be one! :)

At my old high school, we had about 10-15 people that were openly LGBT.

In the school i just finished at? none open, except me lol!! but it was also a catholic school, ad pretty old fashioned to. but my new school next year, they are very open, but i dont know how many, but i do know a bunch of kids who go there and its just not an issue really

This is just a rough estimate based on what I know. There are around 1000ish students at my high school and I'd say there's at least 40 plus people that I know of that fall somewhere on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum.

In my old school there was only about a handful including me...the school I'm about to start now I don't know but since there's some kind of school club for LGBT+ I assume there are a few more.

At my school there is a LGBT club. Just a few girls and hand ful of guys. I spoke a lot with some of'em, but not just about LGBT stuff, cause none of'em ever talked about it, so I didn't ask. And in general I really don't care, if someone is gay, lesb, trans or whatever. To me it only counts they are humans.

In secondary school in my year there was one guy who was openly gay. 3 more that were very camp but said they were straight. And 2 girls maybe 3 that were bi.

But has to be more like me who everyone thought was straight.

There were three people who I knew were definitely part of the LGBT+ community. I was also included in that count, so you could say there were four.

Absolutely none that are open about it.. There are probably more but whoever they are aren't out. It sucks too, because I'm the only one who is openly out and I have no one else lol.

I'm one of the only gay guys... Well that I know of... Lots of female though, (I count trans males as female)

I dont actually know.... But lots of people are heteroflexible, at least it seems so to me.

Well I really don't know I don't go around telling everyone in school hey I'm gay but don't hide it either.
