Woahhh thats an interesting statment per se. However it has some truth, circumcision is common in africa because of the aids epidemi and everyone thought circumcision prevented HIV and AIDs, its gone so far for the government to put posters out saying dont have sex with a guy who isnt cut, aimed at females. In america its routinely preformed because of a few reasons and these two places are where most african and african american people live so it has some truth to it.

I'm a mixed race guy, and I am so far from cut it's unreal :lol::lol: The black guys I know are all uncut too, but that's probably 'cause we're in England, nad not many guys are cut.
