I dont think there is really much a doctor can do about if you shoot sperm or not, but its normal to dribble - not all guys shoot and some do both. Maybe it has something to do with how excited you are.

I think there may be some exaggeration going on. Not everyone shoots. Some do all the time, some do only sometimes and others never do.

I find if I go longer between ejaculations that results in more cum but it tends to get very thick (and very white) and doesn't shoot so easily. Some other people find doing this helps them shoot, though.

I find that spending a long time highly aroused, close to orgasm but not quite going over the edge, for example by doing "stop & go", also results in more cum but this time it's thinner and does shoot further. This also makes the orgasm really intense which is great.
