Don't assume all asian guys are small. Sure some may be smaller but that goes for all ethnicities.

There is no accurate way to reach to this conclusion. Penis sizes depend on genetic and environmental factors and there may be great variations between members of the same community.
Surveys are based on data collected from small groups so they're not exactly accurate specially in this case.

I just had to come to say Asian not asean but it's not always true, like how people say darker skinned people have larger dicks, It's not the same, it varies from each person

It has more to do with height. A lot of asian guys are just shorter than other guys. There were a few asian guys on my track team. They had just as much variety as the white guys or other guys. Plus that's soft. Who knows what they're like hard unless you see it? If your cold or just got out of the pool it shrinks. Mine shrinks after I do a lot of running. I don't think all asian guys have smaller dicks.

All different races have a variety of penis sizes. I have seen Asian guys with both very small and very large penis' but I have seen that in all races too.

When you get out in the real world and start having real relationships, you guys will see how insignificant penis size actually is.

And statisically Asians do usually tend to have smaller penises, but they also are generally shorter including their women; cultural differences.

Well, that is just a stereotype and is completely wrong to make you haven't met every Asian guy and measured their dicks so you can't make that conclusion. Plus one of my friends is Asian and I've seen him in the locker room and he isn't small what so ever.
