What did this guy mean?

I was in my car, with my feet on the dash board. It was pretty hot, so I was wearing shorts. These two teenaged boys walked past my car and started looking at me. As they were walking away, one of them turned around and said, "close your legs!"


Why did they feel the need to do that?

They're probably just being dickheads. If they were warning you kindly they may have stopped at the car to tell you but they were definitely just taunting you. Ignore them

Unfortunately a lot of men feel it is acceptable and appropriate to sexually harrass women, particularly if they have a lot of their body 'exposed' in some shape or form. Depends on the situation how you react.
