I felt weird when I was going to tittle this wet dreams,

Anyway, hello VT, I always check down there to see all these blotchy brown stains in my underwear, where my penis is. I wasn't sure what it was, now one night I had a very sexual dream and I half woke up, I let a little bit of piss come out because it felt like I really needed to pee. I don't think you necessarily need to run to the doctor but if you want reassurance you could.

I think brown stains are more likely to be pee that cum - some things dry a darker colour than how they appear wet. This seems particularly likely given you say your pee is very yellow and you're quite right that this means you should drink more water.

I think it can be a little confusing because, if you've never ejaculated before, the feeling of being about to ejaculate can be similar to the feeling of being about to pee and it is possible to confuse the two. Anyone who has been ejaculating for a while, though, would easily tell the difference.

Do you masturbate? If you do you're more likely to ejaculate the first time doing that than in a wet dream. Don't be surprised if it isn't white at the start. Mine started out clear, then got white patches in, the amount of white grew until eventually it was conistently white. Also the quantity was small to start with and increased over time. Other people have reported exactly the same so I believe that is quite normal.

I don't see any reason to run to a doctor. I think it might be that you are dribbling some pee in your sleep or that you are not shaking your dick after peeing and getting the dribbles off and that is what the stains are. If you are uncut you may have to retract your foreskin while shaking your dick after peeing.
