Really confused -- is he worth it?

I recently graduated 8th Grade. Around the middle of the year I had met a boy, a rather cute one. The only issue? I barely knew him and he was rude. Our only class together was 8th Period and I sat next to him for a few months. I got to know him and liked him even more. But earlier before that he was kind of awkward around ME, and not the other way around! We actually walked together twice. But he has a girlfriend, and he wouldn't have dated her unless his friend told him to. But we ARE going to the same high school. Not sure if he likes me back. Is he worth it?

If he wouldn't be dating his gf unless his friend told him to, I'd say there's room to move in since it sounds like he doesn't want to in the first place.

I'd say get to know him and you'll know a lot more about whether he's worth it.

If he's dating a girl already, then it's best to wait unless you actually know he doesn't like her. The girl might get hurt by this, so you should keep that in mind.

Sounds like a load of childish nonsense. Unfortunately there is no correlation between looking nice and being nice. He doesn't sound like he's got much of a personality, I say ditch and forget him until he grows up.
