Would you ever have the guts to ask an older sister or your Mom to buy you a vibrator?

A sister maybe if I had one but mom never.

Having said that there are people here (or there used to be,ain't been around much lately!!) who have an extreemly open relationship with family members so it probably wouldn't bother them.

I actually know someone who's Mother bought her one. My friend never asked and it was never spoken about. She was 15 and found it sitting there one morning in her sock drawer.

I remember being jealous.

I wish I had an older sister to ask, I would have the guts to do that but my mom? Oh boy, I'd die of embarrassment!

I've actually read more negative experience than positive with the use of a vibrator. Apparently it desensitises the clitoris over time, and whilst it does recover, it could diminish the pleasure of sexual intimacy with a partner. It's a bit 'extreme' if that makes sense.

I don't have a sister and don't get along with my mom. A friend of mine has an awesome mom and she asked her mom to get her her first toy. She got me mine too.

Yeah, I've heard this too. Vibrators/toys in general aren't that appealing to me, just my curiosity makes me want to try one.

I don't have a sister but had my best friend's older sister buy me a vibrator, so that's basically the same thing.

I have a friend whose family is extremely conservative and I had to basically get her one since my family is more liberal.

There's definitely an underground market there, lots of profit to be made. As far as I know it's not illegal either.

I would be too shy to ask my mom for something like that , and I dont have a sister. Maybe one day , but now im happy without one.

I asked an older female student in my school.
I am sure, ask my mother would be embarrassing.

i don't have a mom or an older sister, so I ask my older cousin (who is like a big sister) for stuff.

In that case there are a variety of dildos on the market.

Just make sure they are phthalate free and safe.

I think with 13 y.o. it is still too early for a vibrator

When I turned 14 Mom bought me 4 things and put in a gift box. A pocket rocket vibrator, a "normal vibrator", a 6 inch dildo and a 8 inch one in a strap-on harness. Later she did it for my younger sister.
She told us at least these will not make her a Grandmother.

Lucky you, you have a cool mum. Am not sure how my mum would react if I asked for one, all I can say is she would not be upset.

I was 16 and walking in the mall with mom, stepdad and a couple of friends, I summoned jp my courage and told mom that I wanted one. She took me into the store and I picked one out.

I wish I had an older sister I could ask to buy me a vibrator! I would have asked years ago lol fr though it depends on your relationship. If you're not all that close it would probably be awkward to ask. My mom is super religious and conservative so yeahhh that's never happening lol she could def use one though xD

My friend got a vibrator from her older sister, so I asked my friend if her sister could buy me one, then handed her some cash for it.

Asking mom is out of the question, but I do plan to ask my sister once she's old enough, which is pretty soon. ;)

I think mothers are more understanding than we give them credit for. Mine got one for me without me even asking... Although it was after she found one of hers in my room, so that probably got the wheels turning.

Asking my mom was out of question and I also did not ask my sister although she had a vibrator. I waited till I was 18 and bought it myself

Um... that seems like kinda odd to me. I mean, with mom, really, I can't even imagine that.

Why do you need them to get you a vibrator? Should be able to get one yourself. I mean, they don't just sell them in sex shops. They have vibrating massagers, which are supposed to be for your back or whatever, but work fine as vibrators. Also, stuff like electric toothbrushes can be used if need be.
