In my case I lifted the waistband to see how much mess was inside, enjoyed the afterglow for a miniute or two, then took them off and wiped up which pretty much matches what I do when I don't cum in my underwear.

It's not like after I cum I am suddenly thinking "yuck" - I usually check out how much I've shot and then bask in the afterglow for a minite or two. Sooner or later, though, I start to think about what I will be doing next and at that point practicality takes over.
