I must admit I don't wash, as in with soap and water after cumming. I usually use the underwear I have taken off or a towel to wipe the semen off me and in the case of my penis I really just pat it as rubbing is a bit much when sensitive after cumming. It's still enough for it to soak it up though.

It depends. Peeing can help with that, which is fine if you need to go. If it's last thing at night I don't really worry about it. If it's another time of day and I don't need to pee I'll run my finger along the bottom of my penis from root to tip to "milk" out what remains.

There is a further advantage to peeing afterwards. If if you look carefully at the hole in the end of your penis (the meatus) it's almost like a pair of lips and left over semen can dry and "glue" these together. In practice it is not enough to prevent any flow but it can be enough that when you pee several hours later the stream forks and it is almost imposible to aim both forks into the toilet. That resolves (in my experience) within a few seconds but that still leaves you with a mess to clear up.

Hey, it's a good idea to wash, as it gets rid of those cells, and stops them from decaying there, and creating smegma, which smells. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to wash after every time, you can wipe with tissue, anything safe.
