i'm 16 going on 17 and i think my penis is too small for my age still. I hit puberty couple years ago and now have bush above my penis and in my arms pits and i can cum and had wet dream. but m penis and balls dont look like it grew at all yet. despite me being pretty thin just the head of my penis stick out when soft. And when hard i measured it at around just 2 inches rounding up a little and real thin. i don't know if this is normal but i do notice that my 5 year old cousins is already bigger than me. i feel kind of embarrassed by it to be honest. can anyone tell me if it will grow and if not if it's ok for sex or what to do to help it? i've actually talked to my mom about it she's seen me naked (i walk around naked at home she doesn't mind just open house that way) and she's never said anything about it but when i asked if i'm ok she said size don't matter. does size matter? i hope not! it does function i can get boners and i jerk and can cum but can't shoot just a lil clear fluid drip out is that normal? am i normal? do i still have time to develop more and get bigger and function better and if not am i ok for sex or will i be a virgin forever (yes i'ma virgin!). i need to know i'm worried and kind of embarassed about it.

That does not sound normal buddy, go see a doctor it could be hormones or something. It is nothing to be embarrased about:)

If you can't cum actual semen yet, just a clear fluid, it will likely grow more. I don't really find hair to be an accurate measure of how far along puberty you are, for example I had pubic and armpit hair well before I even hit my growth spurt. Have you hit a significant growth spurt yet?
Also, typically your penis will continue growing up until you're done with puberty, or around 21, but it sounds like you started pretty late so you still have plenty of time for it to grow. My suggestion would be to take the Tanner Stage Calculator, it won't give you the most accurate assessment but it can give you a pretty good idea of where you are in puberty.
It is VERY rare to have a penis that is less than 3 inches long. This condition is called micropenis and not alot of men have it. So there is a very good chance that it will still grow. But, on the off-chance that it doesn't, just know that penis size doesn't really matter. A woman won't marry you for your penis and even at that size you would still be able to produce children. But, I will repeat myself, there is a VERY good chance that it will still grow.
P.S. It doesn't matter if you're a virgin, most guys your age are virgins! (Including me)

Well like many things in life it all comes down to chance. You may indeed be on that end of the spectrum, is it normal? Well, it's not as long as the average size for a male penis, but some people do have them. India has a problem with normal sized condoms being too big for a lot of the population. It may just be you lost out in that genetic department and if that's the case, there really isn't a lot to do other than come to terms with it.
Does having a smaller than average penis make you unattractive?
Not to anyone worth letting see it.
You can still have intercourse, and there's more to sex than that act alone. Can spice it up in the bedroom with toys. Loads of options.
So yes, it may still grow. If it doesn't there aren't any medical procedures worth doing to attempt to make it longer. I'd start from the premise that it won't change and lesrn to accept that confidently. That way you only stand to gain if it does grow, and lose no self-esteem if it doesn't.

Well I do think that is small. You may be a late bloomer so I would check with your doctor.

Like many people have suggested it sounds like you're small for your age, but since it's only been a couple years since you started puberty it's totally possible that you will keep growing for a couple more years. If your penis is still that small after you're 20 or something it might be a good idea to see a doctor.

You're most likely just a late bloomer, although it is kinda unusual for you to start this late. But then again, I know guys from both ends of the spectrum. I'd say if you haven't grown by the time you turn 18, see a doctor. Like the first reply said, you've got a good chance it will grow soon :)
