Was this weird?

I was recently at my local gym after a long swim, and was getting out of my speedo in the locker room, about to go in the shower, and a old asian man next to me started talking to me. He said that he liked my speedo and how it "showed of my body" i was very flattered at the time, but now not so much. We talked for a miute after that, then i left to go shower. The showers for this gym are old fashioned, and its basicaly a L shaped room, with about 20 shower heads down the wall. When i got into the shower i picked one near the end, and then the same asian man came to shower and picked the one right next to me. there was only one other guy in the room. this time all he said was hi and we didnt talk after. i felt a little creeped out, and left quickly.
was this creepy? should i feel weird? i dont really know what to think because i like to talk to all types of people, but he was like 50 years older than me, and we were both naked, and it was kinda uncomftorable. what would you have done?

Yeah he sounds crazy creepy!! If he complimented me on my speedo I would have been out of there so fast!!

Lol I can't stand adults they make me feel weird and he sounds like a creep u should avoid him

Yea, definitely creepy! If he says anything else to you again that creeps you out, I would report him to the staff.

Yeah I would say weird but we have to
watch today where we r alone with another
stranger even if they r friendly-the speedo
compliment was creepy and should have given
u a second thought of not showering but since
there was another person there u were not
by urself if something happened-I would have
showered fast and got out as soon as I could.

Clearly he fancies you! I shouldn't think looking in a public place is a crime even if it does make you feel uncomfortable, though that doesn't stop you telling him to go away as he is making you feel uncomfortable.

If he continues to hang around you even after you have told him his attention is not welcome then yes, tell the managment what he's up to - they may well consider banning him.

that's happened to me quite a few times. i kind of smile, shower fast and leave.
