well, I think as long as you establish clear expectations about what the two of you want. since she is an ex, remember why you broke up with her/the relationship ended in the first place. but if the two of you can agree it will be just casual or whatever, then I guess it is fine. at the same time, you might decide it is not worth the hassle and just decline

She broke up with me because wanted to go back with her ex . She said she wants to just want sex and for me its been so long I wounldnt mind even if its my ex. Im just scare of what will happen after shes kinda crazy when we were dating she was always going trough my stuff and she was really jealous of all my friends both boys and girls since im bi and try to seperate me from them and im scare after shes gonna want to try again and im gonna live this again

Be very very clear and specific. Just sex. Nothing else. Don't start hanging out again and cuddling and whatnot. I wouldn't do it but if you just need to nut I don't see why not. Oh yeah and don't over do it. Like don't start banging daily or even weekly cause that'll probably lead to the feels.
