I don't think there's anything wrong with that. A lot of people I know act like it is, but I have some friends whose first time was a hook-up and they seem pretty happy with their decision. According to them it means that when they look back on their first time they never risked having it be with someone who ended up breaking their hearts.

I always tell people losing your virginity isn't really all that special. It's basically just the first time you're doing something. Your first time is almost always going awkward and kinda weird lol just get it over with. No Biggie :D

My first advice would be to wait because sex is so much better when you have an emotional connection with the person. It doesn't mean that you have to love them or want to marry them. From my experience with random hookups, it's an awful feeling when you find yourself wanting more afterwards and the other person has already moved on.

My second advice would be that if you just can't wait and it is a random hookup then find someone with some experience. When I lost my virginity we were both virgins and had no idea what we were doing.

I don't think it's something intrinsically terrible. Yes, there are better ways to lose one's virginity, but what you do with it is up to you. In the end, it's an arbitrary thing that's only there for the sake of pride, and pride is not necessarily a virtue.

One thing to consider. You can only lose your virginity one time, to one person. And how you view keeping or losing it might change sometime in the future. Not to say to keep or loose is good or bad, it's a personal choice. For me, sex is the bomb. Hookups are a blast!!
But also, having a close intimate sexual encounter with someone you trully care about mutually, the sex is better. But hey, like I said, it's your choice, and nobody will judge you for what you choose to do.

I dont think there is anything bad about your first time being a hookup, most first time experiences are with people who are not dating or in a relationship. My first time was a hookup, but we started dating not to long after that. Its pretty common, so dont strss it.

Idk, learning to ride my bike, loosing my front teeth, first date, first time driving a car, first time having sex, whatbever. Riding a bike for some reason is a more important memory to me than first time driving. I think cause it was like harder to learn...so bigger of an accomplishment in my mind. I definitely think the person you did it with matters tho. Like mine was a quick hookup with my friends sister. We weren't even really friends but I guess she thought I was cute lol it was one and done and isn't all that important to me.
