Ok well.. last week I was with my GF at a friends house in the basement. There was 3 other people there besides me and her. Me and her were playing around and ended up having sex with the other 3 in the same room, and i wasnt paying attention to what anyone else was doing there. The next day at school, somene said to me "I saw that video of you and lauren in matts basement". I guess one of the others took at 4 minute video of us having sex and was showing it to people at school. I asked tim, (the one who i was told recorded it) and he denies it, but people keep telling me they have seen it! Im so worried that im going to get in trouble for this. WHAT am i supposed to do?

That is distribution of child pornography, they can get into serious trouble. Threaten them to stop or go to the cops.

Tell someone. You won't get into any trouble, unless you weren't allowed to have sex. Was that the reason you were doing it in the basement?

I don't think there is anything u can do not
to get into a little trouble at least but next
time u get urself in a group like that make
aware of where u r-who u r with-who the
others r and b in control of ur mind. If the
other group were adults-big trouble-if same
age let it go but learn from experience.

Shit happens. But I mean so long if your sex are legal you don't need to be afraid. This kind of videos shades away if you as participant does not feel hijacked by the video itself. So just let your life go as usual!

Yeah, shit will hit the fan if that gets out. Some guys at my school had that happen too and the now girls are getting bullied and it's totally bad shit.
I think what you do with people is your own business and whoever recorded that is a complete asshole.

It's distributing child porn. That's really bad. It happened at my school this past fall and the police were there and all the 8th graders phones were reviewed and quite a few suspensions happened. What happened here was a boy recorded himself jerking off for a girl and she showed it to a friend who showed it to a friend and so on and I guess it became viral in our town and even kids at the highschool saw it. After that they did a big program for us on sexting and picture sharing and stuff. What happened to you happened against your will and who ever did that is a creep.

There's nothing you really can do. You have to take some blame for this as you choose to have sex in a really weird place. Especially when there's other people there. It might just be a rumor going around to be honest.

In my honest opinion, go straight to the cops. He will get into a crap ton of trouble, you won't get into trouble. If the guy goes to a juvenile correctional, he will be in a lot of trouble. If he was to be tried as an adult, even more. Seeing how he could've uploaded it anywhere, it's better to go to the cops and have them fuck him up. Also, choose a better place. You are also part to blame.

This is one of those situations where hindsight was 20/20.
But that being said, consequences must follow now legally. This will affect everyone at the school with phone confiscations etc.
Police have to get control of this.
In the broader scheme of this though, the country will have to figure out what to do about this issue of cyber x-rated flirting.
Because a huge percentage of young people are sex offenders now because of issues like this.

Well, i got him to delete the video, (he finally admitted it) I had to actually confront him with a group of people and he just got scared, so that's good. The bad thing is my gf's parents somehow found out about this, they didn't know we were having sex at all and now we cant even see each other. We are both 16, IMO thats not too young to be having sex..:(

be thankful the video got deleted. hopefully it is not still out there somewhere and it does not somehow cause problems down the road. if it is all truly deleted be thankful and learn form your mistakes going forward. I can understand why her parents would be furious. esp if they know a video was made.

Legally you have no fault. You can turn over the recorder to the cops, but there's not much more you can do but get them in trouble.

They could get in a lot of trouble for that distribution of child porn. It happened at my school girls sent videos of them stripping to boys in my grade and the cops came and we had a whole program on sexting and stuff. Next time dont have sex with everyone else aroubd though

What concerns me is that you're having sex while you know that others are right next to you and you're surprised people recorded it.

Where I live, 16 is the age of consent. Not sure if it's the same where you are. If it is, you could use that argument in your favor.
I don't think it's too young to have sex, but a 5(?)-some is a bit much. They kinda have a right to be upset to some degree about that. They are her parents after all and they want to raise her to be a respectable woman and yada yada yada.

He could have it somewhere else. If it resurfaces, go to the cops.

I'd avoid going to the police. You could be charged as a sex offender since you're under 18, depending on what state you're from. Furthermore, if the people are under 18, nothing will happen to them since they're juveniles.
Also, since the movie is digitized, it will be around for life. Someone could play that to your wife if you ever got married. It will be around in another 50 years.
Therefore, you can't really do anything without getting yourself in trouble. You just payed some hefty tuition in the school of life. Hope you learned something.

This is illegal, you can report it, but depending on where you live, where i live it is legal for anyone 13 or over to have sex as long as they are not 18+ or 24 months apart in age, when people deny doing stuff after a while i loose my shit, start getting really angry and threatening, if someone recorded me i would kick their teeth in so hard they gotta shit them out, friends or not. because my "friends" tend to use me
