How did your Parents meet?

I was going to post this on Valentine's Day but stupidly forgot...Just thought this would be a bit of fun XD
Was it love at first sight at the back of the last train back from lonesomeville?
Did there eyes meet over the water cooler at work?
Or did they both get pissed drunk and had had you so that's that?

For my folks it happened like this: Irish man living in Australia moves to Iceland and meets South African girl while working in a fish factory, they get married in Germany and have a daughter than after a while get bored and have a shitty son much to their disappointment :)

Some sort of therapy group for singles or something. They bonded because they were both Jewish and single in their 40s. Not surprisingly, they were only married for nine years.

My parents met when they were in their twenties through the company that they still work for.

You probably won't believe this but my mum put her details in a magazine (Like idk, a dating one or something, it's Singapore, it's excused) and my dad (Actually a lot of guys) stumbled across it and said "Let's talk to this chick."
Anyway, so my mum got my dads letter and they were writing to each other, dates, etc and then yeah.

My parents met at college when both of them entered Geology.
My parents met at college again when the both entered physics.
After both got their bachelors (My dad in physics, mother in geology), they met at Biology.

... And neither had mentioned to the other which course they had chose :lol3:

At a college ice hockey game. Funny thing is that my dad isn't a sports fan. He only went since his friend had an extra ticket. He went again and my mom, who worked at that college at the time (so she had the keys to the arena or whatever), snuck in to see him when she heard he'd be there (the second time). My parents were in college walking to class one day in the rain and my dad was as usual unprepared and didn't have an umbrella to shield himself from the rain. i have no idea how my parents met, but my mom saved my dad for a gay guy called "curly" the fun part is that he was balled... they got married had my brothers and i think i was an accident, since there's 6 and 8 years up to them :P

My parents both worked at a place where they killed chickens for fast food and I THINK the way my dad and mum met was that my dad found my mum lying in a puddle after she slipped. This really makes me laugh, I know they've both told me this happened but I don't know if it's exactly how they met.. but they were at work :3

I believe they met at a party and my dad was wasted. Somehow my mother thought "yeah, this could work" and they wound up dating for like 6 years. Then my mother got pregnant and by the time I was born, my dad was already engaged to someone else.

My parents went to the same pub, made friends with the same people. Specifically my mum's little sister was married to guy who went to the football with my dad. They dated for 2 years and got married on my mum's 24th birthday, then 11 years later had twins. Slightly boring but they're still together and happy and that's really the only thing that matters.

My mom told me that she met my dad when they both worked at JC Penney. At least, I think it was JC Penney. & One of her friends made some kind of comment about my mom and him going out and my mom said that she would never date him...for whatever reason. I guess he was really quiet and he tried asking her out a couple times but was too shy about it so she didn't actually know that he was asking her out. But eventually they went out and my mom says that like after their first date they were inseparable. I just always thought it was funny that at first she said she would never go out with him but then she ended up falling in love with him and marrying him. :P

Also, cause I just have to be super cheesy, my mom has said before that she thinks my dad was really her soul mate. He passed away when I was little and she's never been with anyone else. & She says she still feels him around her sometimes. I've always hoped that I'll end up having the kind of love that my parents did cause the way my mom describes it it was really amazing.
