Hey Alvin, 6 inches is a good size, it's more than the average penis size, you could increase your size with some exercises, e.g. Jelqing, but be careful! Search it up if you don't know what it means.
I was 5.5 inches this time last year, and now, I'm 15 and just over 6.5 inches.

Believe me that there are many people want a 6 inch. The size of the penis is genetic there is no proven scientific method of increasing the length of penis other than surgery which for people who have micro-penis. At age of 14, puberty is not quit done yet so you still have a chance to grow a inch or two. Other been over weight or obese does affect the development of penis during puberty.

You have a pretty good size already, almost an inch above the average for adults. It likely won't reach 8 inches however, but that's because less than 1% of the population actually have a >8 inch penis. I would say if your 14 and 6 inches you might grow to be about six and a half inches. But I doubt that you'll get to 8 inches
