Can Apple devices blutooth with Android devices or is it just Apple only and speakers. I wanna know thx

Well of course, it depends on the device but I'm sure that they can connect through bluetooth as long as they both have an open signal just like both can connect to computers they should be able to connect. But if you still have doubts then go ahead and try it and prove it for yourself.

I'm 99% sure they work. Bluetooth doesn't understand about devices AFAIK

You can only transfer files via Bluetooth in apps from the app store that are designed to do so.

There used to be an app called Bump that could do Bluetooth transfer, but Google bought them. So now you can't. Bluetooth is really slow anyways.

There might be other apps in the app store that can do transfer but then you'd need that app on your android device.

Alternately you could jailbreak and find a tweak on Cydia.
