so I'm 15 and 5 months. I'm right over 5 inches hard and 3 inches soft. I'm 4.5-5 inches in girth when hard. I just feel like that's small. My friends say average is about 6 inches and I just agree with them and keep talking, but inside I worry if they're all 6 and I'm only 5.. that's no good. What do you guys think?

For your age that should be just fine tbh. You still have 2-3 years of puberty most likely. I wasnt done at 15 either.

Dont worry about not growing a lot from 3in to 5in, that only means you are a shower, not a grower.

Showers have larger flacid penises and dont grow a ton when erect
Growers have much smaller flacid penises(1-2in)but can grow substantially to the same size as the shower

I've seen a lot is penisis, and I've never seen 2 that are the same in any way. People have all different shapes and sizes, just like the rest of their bodies. I've seen guys with 2" erect, to probably 10" erect, and all different girths.
Not sure I'd call really any size normal for any age except for the extreme outliers. I'm a couple months older than you and I'm about 5" myself. I have no problem with it and neither has anyone else whether they are using it or looking at it lol!!

You still have time to grow, it usually stops growing at 21 years old or so. Even then you are a fine size, the average is really closer to 5.2 inches and not 6 like your friends said, so you are pretty much on par right now. If you feel insecure about it then you could try comparing with your friends, I'm sure you will see that many of them are a similar size to you

Let me just clear something up, the average is 5.1" so you're about there.
Next year it could be six inches, all depends whens you started puberty. There's nothing you can do to change it, it's a fine size anyway. :)

I'm fifteen and five months too, and I'm 6.5 inches hard, and about 3 inches soft. I am about 5 inches in girth, when I last measured months ago.
You're size isn't that small, the average size is about like 5.5 upwards, and you still have time to grow. You're friends might be lying about their size, and you might be being honest instead, and that's where the difference lies.

i'm nearly the same size, and also 15 years old (will be 16 in august). i think the average length is somewhere around 5 inches, so it isn't that small ;) but there's still chance to grow, i think most guys finish puberty at around 18...

I am about the same size, that is about 5" hard and 3" soft. I think I am average for my age but not sure. My balls are pretty big for my age, though, compared to other guys I see at school

I'm just over 16 and the almost the same size. I also feel that I'm smaller than my friends, though I don't know their sizes, but then I say:
