I woke up this morning with a throbbing right nut, and I have no idea why. It's not bad, just a dull throbbing. I always wear a jock for PE or sports, so I don't think I pulled anything. No pain in my left one, just my right one.

Sometimes, how long has it been hurting? How long has it been since you shot a load? If it persists more than a day then go to your doctor.

It could possibly b a varicocele-an enlarged vein
usually in the left testicle but could b both-its a
build up of blood in the vein causing a dull pain
and swelling-usually goes away in time but u don't
jerk off until the pain goes away-if it doesn't and u
have a swelling-u better check with a doctor.

No, from what he has described I do not think he has a variocele. I have one and you would be able to tell if you had one because they form a noticable lump. Also, they do not go away on there own and don't always cause pain.

Now, what you have could be as harmless as "blue balls", which is just pain caused when you get an erection but don't relieve yourself (I think). But you could also have something as serious as testicular cancer, as a symptom of it is a dull pain in the groin area. Have you asked this question on the VT General Hospital forum? If not I suggest that you do. I also suggest visiting a doctor if the pain persists and examining yourself for any signs of cancer just to be safe.

could be a lot of possibilities man, but if it continues, I would definitively see a doctor.

I feel like you should ask a doctor. I'm not a professional by any means but it sounds like something that should be checked out

I would think that if he would b able to feel
some sort of a lump-then I would b a bit worried.
Ur right it could b blue balls. Everyone should check
their testicles right after a shower for any kind of lumps
to b safe.

I doubt it's anything important because it just appeared this morning. But I do check my nuts in the shower every so often. I was taught to do that.

Well that's a good thing, but still, can't hurt to talk to your doctor about it, it's pretty easy to miss something or might be nothing at all.
But ya never know

It seems to have resolved itself, thanks. I took a hot shower this morning and loosened it up, and I haven't had any problem since.
