I feel like my balls hang too low

I've been talking to my friends, and all of them seem to have balls that hang around 2 or 3 inches from their body. I measured mine, and they were hanging at around 6 inches. Is this unusual? Does anyone else hang that low?

everyones hang at different lengths you could just have ones that hang extra low. unless there getting in the way of life like sitting on them theres no problem

It's probably temperature related. Sperm develop better at a temperature just below that of the human body. The testes hang lower to allow this to happen, by relaxation of the muscles in that area. If you guys live in an area/climate which is cooler, then that would probably explain it.

This probably makes sense, as the lads have probably just been exercising, or just popped out of the shower. In both cases, the body's temperature would probably be a bit higher than in normal cases, meaning that the testes would descend lower than usual.

If it's warm out then mine probably go about that low. They stay up if it's cold out though. It's normal so don't worry about it, it can be a pain though (literally) as I have sat on them a couple times :whoops:

I don't think there's such a thing as too low, unless they are there when you try to sit down, and you accidentally sit on them, then that's a problem. Try wearing tighter underwear, to keep them close to your body, and when at home, try freeballing just to let them breathe a bit :)

I don't really know of any case where your balls would hang too low, but I see within my friends that our balls hang at different distances so my guess is that it's normal.

when the temp is warm then mine probably go about that low. They stay up if it's cold out side though.

The scrotum has muscle fibres in and adjusts the height of you balls to keep them at the ideal temperature. It brings them up close if they need to warm up and let's them hang if they need to cool down. I can't think why there would be a "too low".
