Hello  I am a 13 year old girl named Bethany. This is a little embarrassing, but I am already a D-CUP. In the SEVENTH GRADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm also a little big for my age :( but yeah anyways, my mom and doctor and everyone tellse me that having larger breasts is perfectly normal, but I'm not so sure. Nobody else in my grade is as large (breast wise - that is ;) ) and some of them even call me BOOBY BETHANY. I know, emarassibng!! Please tell me some excercies I can do to help my breasts get smaller. Also, how can I get the smaller girls at school to stop bothereing me? PLZ HELP

I wouldn't exactly say that your breast size is "normal"...I think what they mean by that is that, there definitely are other girls who have the same issue as you, just maybe not as many. Some girls just develop more than others at an early age...and some develop earlier than others.

Sadly, I don't think there are any exercises you can do to shrink your breast size...I think you're kind of stuck with it...unless you want to pursue breast reduction surgery...which I am not even sure you can do at that age.

As far as the other girls making fun of you...don't feel too bad about it, they are just young and immature...and I bet most of them had not had alot of breast growth yet, some of them will in the coming years, and once they see that breast growth is a normal thing, they won't make fun of you anymore.

There is really no exercises to reduce your breast.
Of an operational I would advise against you.
Maybe your mother or your grandmother has also big breasts and it is heredity or you have a very large growth spurt.
Perhaps you can wear larger clothes that your boobs does not really stand immediately.

I've seen girls like you before. personally I would never make fun of anyone for big or small boobs. i think both are good in a way. i got very small ones btw and i'm 13 as well.... I don't think you should try to reduce your boob size. it's almost impossible. Maybe you should just accept yourself and be proud of yourself. Those who make fun of you are just stupid. Maybe i'm not being very helpful... but it's their problem if they are jealous or whatever......

One of my best friend's older sisters had breast reduction surgery when she was like 17 or so. She had a lot of back problems and couldn't play sports or anything. Her doctor agreed it was a good idea. Since she did it she's been much happier and a lot more active.
I don't think they would do it to someone your age yet since you're still growing but maybe in a few years you could talk to your doctor about it.

Look at it this way! The smaller girls are most likely jealous so don't let them get you down. I think we all should feel confident in what god gave us big or small!

By the time I was in 6th grade I was a triple D cup... so I understand what your going through. There really isn't no way of reducing the size unless you lost a lot of weight,or you get a breast reduction. If it really was that much of a problem I'm sure your doctor would have said something, but honestly I think you should just enjoy them! Most girls aren't fortunate enough to have a full rack by the time they are 20 let alone 13.. they probably won't grow much more, but I think you will get taller and by then your boobs will fill out, and not be so much of a bother.... hope this helps.

I think it's pretty clear that anyone who makes fun of you for having a D cup is just jealous. And I really mean it. I have big boobs too. Learn to love 'em.
