However, as you get used to it you have less and less of a boner each time, until you get so comfortable you don't even realize you're naked around them. It seems odd now, but with experience, and easing yourself into, you can achieve it and it will become a habit that you won't think twice about.

We've had to shower at school after gym all year for this school year, and I've been showering after sports with team mates for the past 2 years and quite honestly I don't remember anyone getting boned up in there, probably because I mostly just do my business and get right out and not pay much attention. It's normal to end up with a boner the first few times. As time goes on, you'll get used to showering with other guys to where it won't be much of a big deal. Try not to think too much on it and hopefully your boner situation will calm itself down

hey man, after playing a couple of sports and having to shower for pe/sports for years, you will get used to it pretty quick man. lots of guys, straight/bi/gay have the same worries that you do. after a short time you get used to it. your there to shower/get changed like they are and soon being naked around others won't be a huge deal.

even boners are common for guys, again of any sexuality. the more you get use to it, the less you will probably get them. but honestly it is not a big deal. jacking off before school may help, but I wouldn't worry about the locker room man, it really isn't a big deal
