I recently told this girl I had feelings for her and she said that it wasn't anything personal but she's kinda scared to date because shes never been in a relationship . Even though I tried to encourage her to do it, nothing seemed to work. When I finally gave up and asked if she would be against getting food or watching movies she said that doing that would be fine. I plan on getting to know her better and slowly flirting more and more while also proving that I can really treat her well if we go out. Everything seems relatively chill but I'm still a little confused about why she texts/ snaps so slow. When I send her a message, I sometimes have to wait like 2 hours for a response. I know she's not entirely busy because I see her on Instagram and Twitter all the time liking posts. Is she ignoring me and not actually interested or am I just overthinking it?

You're probably overthinking it. She might not be that interested, or maybe she just isn't sure what to say or doesn't wanna seem too available or something.

Just make sure you give her space too and not be clingy. Being clingy can be a fatal mistake, but I agree you're probably overthinking it. Do not get your hopes up too high cause anything could happen. Perhaps her late replies could mean she's not interested or her notifications were just off or maybe it was an awkward conversation thats hard to answer. Good luck!
