I and my girlfriend have always used condoms and are starting to use the pill now. Only once we had forgone both...

All except once and that was with an ex.

I just read a story online too where some girl's parents found her dead baby in their daughter's bed and she didn't even know she was pregnant.

The story on AOL said she was on birth control too, so I guess it can fail.

I remember I had a scare because the drug manufacturers screwed up the labeling of the pill too regarding which pills were placebos sugar pills and which ones contained the hormones.
