What a windbag! For anyone who can't be bothered to sit through 20 minutes of this the jist of it is that with the combination of speed and grip tightness you can actually get more physical stimulation from your hand than from having sex, that your penis gets used to this level of stimulation and therefore anything less is not enough to make you cum.
