The Hindu from India is probably not cut. The Christian Chinese may be cut, especially if they are not first generation.

All of the asians I know and have seen naked are cut. In fact, at my school I am a minority because I have my foreskin.

I'd imagine that they are if they were born in the States since it's a regular occurrence at birth there. I don't see why they would be left out of that.

I'm assuming the ones born in the US or muslim are cut and the Hindu us most likely uncut. I've seen at least several naked asian guys and one was just uncut and he was korean.

So far all the asian guys I know aren't and I know lots haha being asian myself. Asians aren't usually cut due to cultural beliefs. I am however cut due to circumstances(pun).

majority of Filipinos were circumcised.. I am Filipino and i'm sure of it..

Uncommon except for Asian-American Muslims, Filipinos, and a few 2nd/3rd generation-American Chinese or Koreans. If they were born in the mid-west or the south then that increases the likeliness as well

You also have to remember that a lot of it has to do with the guy's dad. I've heard that a lot of times a father will want the same for his son.

When I was 6 years old, my best friend (Asian) was circumcised (we used to go pee together) as were most of my other friends back then; but lately I saw a few preschool age Asian boys at the pool changing room with their dads, all of them had foreskins, some of the fathers were circumcised though. I think the trend is going down for most US cultural groups.
