As for STDs, if I always wear condoms, still not completely protected from STDs, because I kiss her, and STD's could be transmitted through all body fluids including saliva I think. Am I right ? And What should I do ?

Yup. In health class they told us you can get an std from saliva and any bodily fluid.

Anyone can get an STD from oral sex
and kissing if u or ur partner has an
open sore in ur mouth or on ur lips.
The thing I guess is how do u know
if ur partner is infected-u do not know.
So u can use a condom but sure that
does not come up when u r ready to
kiss so I think it is wise to know who
ur partner is an where they have been
before u start getting intimate.

Not mentioned are mono and hepatitis C. The latter is incurable and can be transmitted by saliva if it has traces of blood (likely).

Due to my parents position we are surrounded by police and often overhear their stories. Apparently an officer got fired for punching a handcuffed man in the face because he spat on him. I asked the other officers about it and they say they carry masks to put on people who have the disease and have a history of violence/spitting, if they become aggressive - along with velcro leg restraints.

Basically what others have said, know who you are dating intimately before getting intimate, and be wary of public toilet seats...

I know who I date, but everybody has had previous sexual relationships and you never know from whom you got the disease. People always lie and even if they are sure they are healthy, that's based on just talks. When I told my partner to go for STI testing, she said she knows she is clean, but when I insisted, she said she will though she is needles phobic- just because she loves me and I am lucky person. She said she will do testing when she has times. We've been two weeks now and I reminded her once more, but she looks unhappy with it. Idk what to do or how to encourge it politely. BTW- I did mine and I am clean and showed her a lab report.

You can catch oral herpes (cold sores) or mono from saliva and kissing, but things like HIV, which causes AIDS, could only be passed by kissing if there was an open sore or cut. This is my understanding. What is most important is that you know who you're kissing or having sexual contact with and this significantly lowers the probability of catching an STD.
