This summer, I'm going to Germany on an Exchange sort of thing, and I have to P.E. there and stuff, and I am just wondering whether or not you have to shower with other guys there?

yeah, I'm like a Tanner Stage 4 so nearly done... just wanna be prepared if I have to be naked around other guys:lol:

I'm sure if you're going to be there for the summer you'll have to shower naked in front of other guys at some point. Hopefully your package isn't small so you don't get embarrassed.

You've never had to take a shower with someone else? Everyone gets nervous about it but in my experience hardly anyone ever gets hard. The first few times everyone is so nervous I don't think that you could get hard

It depends on the school. Some require showering, some don't. If we had pe in the afternoon most of us showered at home.

I think it would be incredibly embarrassing if you were a late bloomer. Butt if you're pretty well into puberty then I think you have nothing to worry about

In Germany it is expected others to do the same. I was not well developed when I went but over there no one cares what you look like. Nudity is common in bathroom and locker rooms. The one kid from our team that wore swim trunks in the shower was looked at as kind of odd.

I think this is correct as well as a few other posts. I've meet many people in other forums from Germany. And nudity is just not a thing there. It's not like the UK England or the USA at all. Just don't let it bother you, be yourself, and follow suit, or you will be noticed a lot more.

Being nude in groups of people can feel intimidating at first u til your used to it. But once you realize it's just not a big deal, then it's just not a big deal.

If you are worried about popping wood, that will be noticed, and a trick I've used, if I know I'll be nude with others, and don't want an erection, I'll maturbate before at some time. Takes the edge off a little. But yeah I've heard many times it's pretty normal for all ages and genders to share the same locker room and communal showers. It's just a part of their culture, and tbh, embrace it, it's a very liberating feeling.

We all change and shower naked together. It's required in our gym class and it is no big deal. We all have the same parts.

I doubt that they'd be absolutely mandatory over though but I do think that they are encouraged.

I think Germany is fine with showering with other guys, you probably don't have to but I would assume its just like any other Western country.

I might actually be doing an exchange to germany in the next year also and this is a great question, the family i'm exchanging with has boys and i asked them and they said that there might be some nude shwshoweringoering depends on if you play sports and if u go to the public pools and such.

No big deal. When in Germany just do like all the others do.
Yet if you dont feel comfy being nude around others dont sweat it. Use a towel to cover and turn away from the others. No one will care. Just dont shower with your underwear on. That will cause everyone to make fun of you.

I dont know about Germany for sure, but I am pretty sure that you will have to shower with other guys after sports and stuff like that, but I dont think its anything to be concerned about because they arent hung up on nudity and stuff like we are here in the US, so I am thinking you shouldnt have any problems. Dont stress it, deal with it when you get to it.

Hey,
one thing to be prepared is, most German boys are shaved. So if you have lots of pubes, consider at least to trim if not shave it bald.
Otherwise it is no big deal... everyone gets boners soemtime.

hmmmm, I am british/german and have alwaxs lived here, I have never had to shower after P.E, but Germany is a country of nudists
