What other signs of puberty do you have how? How much pubic hair do you have and what is your penis size?

Well my calculations tell me that you'll ejaculate in 152 days. That was a lie because there's no way of telling when any change in puberty will happen since it's different for everyone. People progress at different rates which renders age useless in these situations. Also, the order that the changes happen is different for everyone. There really is no way of telling but you shouldn't be too worried about it.

The guy above was funny when he told you that you'll ejaculate in 152 days because he's right: no one knows when it will happen. The fact that you have a 4" penis means you're in puberty, and at 13 nearly everyone is just starting out. I know it must get frustrating seeing a bunch of folks who are more developed than you especially they're friends and family. Honestly, within two years you'll be fine, and you might be making a post on here asking us how to deal with the mess from cumming!

A lot of us didn't start making cum until we were older (14+) meaning you're a lot more normal than you think. They were guys on here who were as late as 17 before they have their first ejaculation. What that means is that everyone falls all over the map with some being as young as 10/11 when they have their first cum while others are as old as 17 when it happens. Unless you're trying to get someone pregnant, then I would enjoy the dry orgasms you're having because those things have a lot of the same feelings but none of the cleanup.

Try starting 9th grade of high school being completely bald all over your body and still having dry orgasms. I didn't have pubic hair or ejaculation until halfway through the school year

There really is no definite answer for you, but just know that you will be able to eventually, so don't worry about it too much. For me, I don't really know when I could first do it. My first time actually reaching the point of orgasm was when I was 12/13 but it was in the shower so I couldn't really tell. I started regularly doing it by the time I was 14 and by then I could ejaculate. Since you are 13 and 4'11" I'm going to guess that you are just starting puberty so ejaculating shouldn't be too far behind :)
