That's a weird problem to have, usually it's that way for girls. SSRI anti-depressants are known to cause this kind of thing though according to the UK NHS website people can often adjust to them so it may not be a long-term problem.

I think it's well known that in order to orgasm many girls need to feel relaxed/comfortable, not necessarily in a physical sense but in the sense of being happy about what they're doing, happy about anyone they're with at the time etc. and being nervous can cause a problem. I think this effect is less pronounced for guys but it can still happen.

Yeah, anti-depressants can really mess up your libido, so you have to either wait for it to come out of your system or you have to find a way to work around it.
