So I am going to Switzerland for a school trip. As seniors in high school (17 years old) we can go to Europe with a small group of people.

However I am stuck with 6 or 7 guys who intimidate me a lot and I do not know how I can have fun on this trip. I was rooming with 2 of them that I hated the least but they kicked me out... I would spend time with the 2 girls but the girls coming are crazy and not very attractive, and overall not fun at all. I am paying a lot of money for this trip and want to know how I can maximize fun when I am confined with this group of people and can not really escape it.

Overall this is kind of how to have fun and not care what people think, and be alone even if there are many groups around you..

Thanks.

well, try to know some fun activities for ur group so that at least they won't bother you... and try to find someone new to be friends with... or just take your earphones or ipod along so that you can block out those annoying people...

The girls coming seem to be your best bet- you said you didn't get along with them at first, but the fact you feel the need to state they're crazy and, more importantly, unattractive, gives me the impression you... haven't exactly given them a chance. there was this really silent kid in my class the other days and we ended up the only ones who hadn't picked a partner during PE, and from there we became great friends!

that's your best bet, really- i mean, if they're intimidating you and you -need- to spend time with the guys, you could try to "man up" and just endure whatever they do, but... yeah, you don't have a lot of options. :p

Sounds to me like your going on an expensive trip far from home, with people who you don't like and they don't like you. Yeah, it's suposed to be fun, but it does t sound like you'll have any, so why spend that kinda cash and go?

I'd cash in the trip and go somewhere else where you can have some fun
