Yes, I was 13 on the minibus back from an orienteering competition. I really needed to pee but I thought I could wait till we stopped but I ended up peeing myself. I had to get changed into some spare trousers.

I don't remember much pre-school - I may have had accidents as a toddler - but since starting school I haven't peed in my pants.

I have been kayacking, though and was wearing a wet suit. Those things are a right nuisance to get on and off and it seems nobody bothers to go through that if you need to pee. If you need to you just do it so, yes, I've done that.

Not since I was 11. I was on the school bus coming hone from school. The bus was stuck in bad traffic on the freeway and I had to pee bad. When it finally got to my stop I couldn't hold it. As I was leaving the bus I began peeing. I bolted out the door. Fortunately the bus drove away before anyone saw my wet pants. I ran all the way home after that.
