I probably am growing muscles but you can't see it or anything. Is it impossible to gain muscle mass when you're in puberty? I feel scrawny all that time.

Some people just don't show muscle. If you try to increase your food in take and work on your body you mite see a difference

How are you determining if you're gaining muscle?
I know I became aware of suddenly being stronger, like being able to pick up heavy things with ease that I would have previously struggled with. I have never really worried about showing off muscles - to me if they are adequate for what I do day to say that's fine.
It is also the case that biggest increase in strength generally comes after you have stopped growing in height. I don't know if this is a case of limited resources (protein, energy) and the body prioritising skeletal growth over muscle growth or whether it is a case of not loading up the skeleton with muscles that are too strong for it before the growth plates have fused but one way or another that's how it is.

In puberty u have to start to gain some muscle
mass even if it scarce-most of the time it starts
with lean muscle and if u want to increase mass
then u have to eat a lot of protein-chicken-fish-
egg-then exercise.

You need to lift weights to gain muscle. Eat good protein and eat fruits like avocado and banana. And don't eat junk

Well first, what kind of exercise are you doing. From personal experience if you're looking to gain size specifically you should be lifting weights that you can do approximately 10-12 reps of. I worked out for 4 years in high school and it didn't hit me until the end.

I read somewhere that you need testosterone to get muscles and most boys don't make enough until they're like 16.

You need to run less and begin doing exercises that focus on the right muscles. If you don't have weights then you can do body weight exercises. My workout program uses almost only body weight exercises and I'm really satisfied with the results.

It's not impossible, but you need to eat protein and lift weights.

Like many have said, the best way to promote muscle growth is to exercise and eat healthy. It can also invollve some genetics though, since some people have slimer body types versus naturally more muscular bodies.
