Anyway, I've always been cut, but from what I've seen being uncut makes you more sensitive around the head so that makes it feel better or something. Can't really say for certain though.

When u are uncut the feeling is mostly the head.

When u are cut, the orgasm is a feeling all over your penis. Seems like the shaft skin is tighter.

That is just my experience.
