How to I set a picture to my statistics?

When I have been on other people's profiles I see that in the small statistics box on the right, I see a small picture. How can I add one to mine?

From the User Control panel
select Edit Avatar and follow the instructions

User CP - Settings And Options - Edit Avatar.
If you mean a profile picture, the big one that goes on the left hand side, User CP - Your Profile - Edit Profile Picture :)
